12 Week Fat Loss Challenge

We just ran our 12 Week Muscle Gain Challenge and have seen impressive muscle gains from several of our members. 


Now is the perfect time to go into fat loss or a "cut". The goal here will be to lose fat while maintaining muscle over the 12 week period. 

How will this challenge work?

The official start date of the challenge is Monday, January 5th. 

First, get signed up at the registration below. 

Then, see Coach Rob to do your test-in Inbody scan any time in the week before the January 5th start date. 

Rob will keep your Inbody sheet and review it. Based on your Inbody results and your daily activity levels, you'll receive a macro plan to follow in the app "Cronometer". 

In the app, you'll see your daily targets that Coach programmed for you. The Cronometer app is a powerful logging tool that will set you up to succeed. All of guesswork is taken out. 

Rob will tell you how much to intake. Your job is to simply follow it by weighing and measuring, and most importantly, logging it in the app for review.
