Do you want to improve efficiency and lift more safely?
These two lifts will improve capacity in multiple domains of fitness including:
- speed
- power
- coordination
- agility
- accuracy
- balance
For each lift we'll teach you the proper stance, grip and position
and how to quickly return to those positions in a workout.
Once you have a good understanding of the setup we'll then go into detail on how to
gain more tension, extension and better transitions to maximize your lifting potential!
Once you've completed this workshop, you will be able to participate in
workouts utilizing Olympic Weightlifting with more confidence and consistency,
larger loads, and safer, more effective technique.
This workshop is ideal for beginner to intermediate Weightlifters
looking to improve their proficiency with the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

**Notes:
- We will plan for this to take 2 hours
- The majority of the work is in partners/small groups but be prepared for plenty of time holding a barbell. This is a hands-on course!
- Olympic Weightlifting shoes (Reebok CrossFit/Nike/Adidas) are welcomed but not required
