It's time to kick off spring with a lifestyle challenge that focuses on the 5 Factors of Health. The 5 factors of health consist of how we eat, sleep, train, think, and connect. The challenge will be a 6 week challenge that will consist of participants to use as a daily checklist to help keep themselves accountable on the 5 Factors of Health. Each person will turn in their checklists weekly and will be given up to 10 points for compliance on their checklist. By prioritizing the 5 Factors of Health and focusing on restorative practices, we'll not only cultivate better habits but also achieve tangible improvements in our overall well-being.
Individual Prize Category:
Each category will be given a prize of a 1stPhorm Product!
Most Compliant Person: Awarded to the participant who demonstrates the highest level of adherence to the checklist, consistently implementing the 5 Factors of Health into their daily routine.
Greatest Body Fat Loss: Recognizes the participant who achieves the most significant reduction in body fat percentage over the course of the challenge, highlighting the impact of holistic wellness on fat loss and body composition.
Highest Muscle Mass Increase: Celebrates the participant who experiences the greatest increase in muscle mass, showcasing the effectiveness of recovery practices in supporting muscle growth and strength gains.

In a private Facebook group for the participants I will post a weekly check in and brief resources related to the 5 factors. In the weekly post we can also talk as a group about obstacles or challenges participants are encountering.
